Our traditional droewors range
Droewors — "dry sausage" — is the one South Africans and Zimbabweans ask for by name. Ours is made in the UK from grass-fed beef, seasoned traditionally and air-dried whole, so it keeps the coarse texture and deep flavour you don't get from a machine-formed stick.
Original is the traditional recipe. Chilli adds garlic and heat, and comes as 15 × 40g beef sticks — the format most people buy for lunchboxes and long drives. High in protein, low in carbs, and nothing in it that shouldn't be.
